There was a baby on the van in no carseat and there are no seatbelts. I was promised to be let off at my destination instead I was 35 blocks awayOn [redacted] XX XXXX I reserved 2 seats to [redacted] from [redacted] suppose to lave at [redacted] and left at [redacted] and there was even a baby on board without q car seat and 15 people packed into a 12 seater van. When we got to [redacted] after the driver sped the entire way even julting the van a few times we were told we would nothe dropped off at our destination but 35 blocks away. The next day I was suppose to be called prior to the arrival in [redacted] to head back to [redacted] suppose to be picked up at 1 pm were I had been waiting exactly were I was dropped the day before and they claim I wasnt there I had to wait an additional 3 hours for the next shuttle and was refused a discount for the fee since they had aggreed to call me when they where near and never didDesired SettlementMy[redacted] dollar fee that was paid for round trip door to door sevace which I did not require and the additional[redacted] dollar cab fare paid to get from where I was dropped to my destinatin round tripBusiness Response
