Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Dear Sir,
The response from NYCIFF is a complete fabrication of the truth
Please note, this cancellation occurred approximately hours before the screening and where the event was to have taken place. The Director of the SVA stated that NYCIFF was cancelled at his theater due to the festival "not meeting it's contractual obligations" Read into that what you will, but for me that meant the NYCIFF never paid them
I then received an email from NYCIFF stating that we would indeed be refunded all fees associated with our purchase of theatre tickets for this event
Obviously this never happened and NYCIFF suddenly refused to refund any tickets whatsoever
We demand that NYCIFF be put on notice as not someone to do business with.
Needless to saywe will never associate with their organization again
