Review: I wired $4100 for 2 $20 gold coins. They never sent the coins. Now I just get excuses why they have not sent the coins.

Review: I purchased $5,000 in coins from New York Collectables on November **, 2014. My coins were shipped to another address. I contacted new York collectables and spoke to [redacted], who promised to mail my coins to me but he did not. After waiting two weeks I went on their web site and send an email requesting someone to contact me to confirm the whereabouts of my coins. I got an email from [redacted] stating he will mail my coins to me. I replied to [redacted] email requesting tat he refund my $5,000 to me because I change my mind and I no longer want the coins. He replied stating he would take care of my refund. It is now 2 months since [redacted] told me he was going to send me my refund. I am still waiting with no response from [redacted] as to why he is unable to send me my refund. According to their web site refunds are issued within 10 days of customer request. I have made numerous phone calls and left several messages but I have received no response from New York Collectables . I am hoping they are still in business and would like to receive my check refund from [redacted] as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I feel the owner has a responsibility to contact customers to explain if there are problems. And give an assurance as to when customers will receive their refunds. I lost my job and need the refund to live on.
