Review: I have emailed New York & Co. to resolve this issue. I made a purchase on 8/14/2013 of $9.99. I was charged the $ $9.99. I was also charged $106.30 for a purchase I did not make causing me to overdraw my checking account. I wasn't refunded the $ $106.30 until 8/16/2013 which caused me overdraft fees of $108.00 due to charge I did not make. Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the $108.00 dollars in overdraft fees.
