Review: My wife and I attended the Circleline 4th of July Pier Party. The tickets indicated that in addition to admittance to the party we would be entitled to a free Circleline cruise at a later date. When we checked in to the party and received out bracelets, I inquired about the free cruise and was told we would be given information inside. No one inside provided any information and no one was available after the fireworks. After several e-mails and voice messages to Circle-Line, they have indicated they will not honor this advertised and paid for service.Desired Settlement: Circleline should provide 2 free cruises as agreed or refund an equivlent amount.

I am in receipt of your letter regarding ID# [redacted] referencing a cruise that took place on the Circle Line on July *, 2013, whereas one of our customers did not receive two (2) complimentary tickets as was advertised.
This was clearly an oversight on the part of the ticket agent. Please note that the customer has been sent two (2) complimentary cruise tickets as indicated in the advertisement.
