The client signed off on the order on FridayWe completed the installation by 9am TuesdayNo other flooring store the client checked with could get installed in that time frameWe apologize for any problems this may have caused, but feel it was installed in an acceptable time frameWe do not feel this warrants any refund

Very surprised [redacted] seemed very nice with our workTo catch you upMr [redacted] came in to have carpet doneHe wanted it installed Friday, next dayWe explained we were booked and the earliest we could squeeze in was Monday or TuesdayHe decided to go elsewhere because we couldn’t do soonerAfter checking with other flooring stores, he reconsidered and went with usWe booked for Monday explaining that it possibly could go TuesdayAt 4pm Monday he came in needed carpet put in then because he had a showingWe lined up an installer to do that nightIt was running too late for [redacted] , so he asked our install to come back to finish in the morningWe were back there at 7:30amWere sorry he lost for potential buyer on the selling of his houseIt was brought to my attention that he sold his house that day, so not sure the issueThe installer took pictures of the install and it was perfectThe first I heard about the scuffed paint and bureau was your emailI talked to the installer and Mr [redacted] never mentioned to him eitherOnly after we would not give him a refund for the install timing.I will be happy to meet with himScuffed paint is to be touched up by the client after installHe can also send me pictures of the bureau, but am curious why this was never mentioned before

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.In addition to Classic Flooring not installing the carpet as paid for on Monday, and my having to pick up and deliver the carpet, the installer damaged a new wall and a bureau during the installationThe wall needs to be repainted and the bureau needs to be replaced.Another company was available to install carpeting on Tuesday, but I went with Classic Flooring since they promised a Monday installationClassic flooring did not install the carpet on Monday as they promisedNine showing were scheduled and only were able to be rescheduledI lost potential buyers.

Several month ago Classic Flooring stopped doing business with KBS due to credit reasons/lack of payment on there part.[redacted]/Owner
