Well, I see this business already has an 'F' rating and apparently still able to operate! I would like to give it FF's if that is possibleI had to call in to verify myself in the middle of my DD testIt says it would not takes no more than minutes to verify and I can continue with my testI have been on hold via phone waiting now for minutesI cannot complete my test until I receive a verification codeThe test repeats sections and will not let you move on for a certain amount of time(up to minutes some sections) until that time is upI started my test at 10:am and it is now 4:and I am only half way through due to having to repeat sections I already did and passed,,,twice! I decided to do live chat while on hold and have been waiting there for minutes with no responseDO NOT use this companyI will be asking for my money backI cleared out my whole day, cancelled meetings just to get this done today and I am only half way through! I have tried to do this ours course and when I almost done after ours the program told to call the office and verifies my info so I did after minutes ,everything was fine except one the program start everything from beginning and ours job what I did in the garbage! I called them back I they could not they did not know what is going on ! so I was done with the stupid program and request a refund, but they said no refund!
I'm very unsatisfied with they service every way!!!

Review: This is the first time I have ever complained about a company (online traffic school - [redacted]) , so if I am taking the time to do this, it must be for a very good reason. In order to complete online traffic school through this program, you need to complete 12 chapters and a minimum of 8 hours of material and quizzes. They time you about 30-45 min per chapter. I spent my entire day yesterday getting through 7 chapters and on the last chapter I had 3 trials and then it expelled me from the entire program. The issue was that their website does NOT tell you that they expel you from all the chapters you completed already after 3 trials for 1 quiz. Then when I spoke with a representative and a manager, I have to say it was the absolute worst customer service I ever experienced and I work in customer service. They did not care or address my concern and they basically said "too bad, you already paid and now you are expelled from the program and all the work you already did is gone. And no refunds." Do yourselves a favor and choose another traffic school that actually makes it easy and efficient for you to get through it and not makes it hard on you. I have to say even the DMV service is better than this terrible traffic school.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full for $29.99 and I will never use this traffic school again.

Review: Worst company I've ever dealt with. They have the worst costumer service, but anyway I recently tried to take my defensive driving course online and realize how difficult and all these test you actually have to take to pass the course. Long story short I ask for a refund meanwhile I only started the first part of the course they refuse to refund me.Desired Settlement: I've call two time I was told they were processing my refund third time I've call I was a bit upset being told I wasn't able to get a refund

Review: I completed the online defensive driving course and paid $28.00 and an additional $5.95 to have the course completion certificate sent via federal express priority (which is a morning delivery). When I tracked the package, it was sent via federal express "standard" (which is an afternoon delivery). When I contacted their customer service, she claimed these 2 shipping methods were the same; I tried to explain that they are NOT; one is a morning delivery (which is what I paid for) and the other is an afternoon delivery (by end of business day). I have shipped many times via federal express and know the difference between the two. However, the customer rep chose to argue (very unprofessional) that they were the same; maybe she should look this up on the federal express website. Her customer service skills were unprofessional and she refused to assist me further. I had to leave a message for the supervisor who isn't in until Monday. I had to pay an additional $10 to federal express in order to get the package between 3pm and 5pm. I needed the package delivered in the morning hours so I can forward the certificate to where it needed to go. I am extremely disappointed and will never use their service nor recommend it to anyone ever again! They should provide a refund for the shipping difference as well as the additional $10 I had to pay.Desired Settlement: $20 refund
