Nydac did a kitchen and bathroom reiteration job of a single family home which was not updated since it was built in the 1920s. I met [redacted] thru a mural friend and came recommended as a contractor. Being burnt in the past by contractors who over promise and under deliver, I was leery of signing on with anyone. After reviewing his portfolio on his website I realized [redacted] takes Pride in his craftsmanship. He has ideas that are outside of typical renovation which I was super pleased with so the charm of my 20s colonial wasn't comprimised. He is a "green" contractor and reuses and recycles materials which gave my house a rustic look that I was aiming for! What a great experience, the time frame was basically spot on and he started in late November which is the worst time to renovate because of the holidays. Even so he did not miss a beat and I came in on budget which I was skeptical on as well. He recommended materials to me which I wasn't planning on using but I am thankful I listened to his expertise and didn't but that awful glass bowl sink in my main bath! I am planning on using NYDAC in the near future on my next project!
