This is being rejected due to the prior contract, which should have been closed in June, is still open, in November. The footwork, which should have been done by the company reported still has not been done. In order to resolve this, the complaintant company has to do the footworkThe buyout payment on the prior lease was not done. So, now, both the new lease, started in May is open as well as the old leaseBefore anything is accepted, the prior lease has to be paid in full, reimbursement is to be made for payments on the old lease that had to be made due showing as past due. Which is due to the paperwork never being completed properly
