Review: I am writing in regards to my mother's visit at New York Eye Surgery Center. I am surprised this facility has been open for so long. If you take a moment to look up their reviews, its absoutley horrible. My mother went to an appointment today and was sitting in the waiting area for more than 2 and a half hours. My mother is a [redacted] women and has very bad [redacted] and I believe this unacceptable. In addition there are patients in the waiting area who are elderly that can not with stand that amount of time in a doctors office. The staff are very careless, rude and when asked a question about the wait time they stated " WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YRS AND ITS NOT CHANGING AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU'' I have never experienced such behavior. I would never go back or recommend this facility to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like this concern to be addressed. Some type of structure needs to be implemented at this facility. Staff should not be allowed to speak to patients this way, especially elderly patients. You go to this sort of establishment for help not to be treated poorly. Please help with this horrible experience
