Review: During March & April,2015. I visited this business to have my teeth cleaned, polished and fillings done. All of the services mentioned are covered 100% y my union insurance. At the dental office I filled out several pieces of paper work including one piece that I was told only required my signature and will only be used in the event that I needed work that was not covered by my insurance. I never received any work that was not covered by my insurance. Two months later, a company that I have never heard of before and never had any prior dealings with is calling me to request payment on a loan of $1500 that Lincoln Dental applied for and received on my behalf for dental work.I have tried repeatedly to have Lincoln Dental send me a bill of the work they have done for me to no avail.This is messing up my credit score and in my opinion, grossly dishonest.Desired Settlement: I would like Lincoln Dental to send me a bill to show what treatment I received for the $1500 that [redacted] is claiming. and Secondly, since it was Lincoln Dental that made the application for credit from [redacted], then Lincoln Dental should pay the lender. I would also like [redacted] to have my name removed from credit reporting for this amount.
