Review: I purchased a comb attachment for a hair dryer only to discover it was too small. I returned to the store with merchandise in tact & a receipt asking to exchange the attachment for one that would fit my dryer. The clerk ([redacted]) informed me that she could not exchange it & that there was a sign up stating there were no returns on beauty supplies. I went back to that area & there is no such sign over those products. My receipt plainly states exchange with receipt. With an exchange I would have owed her additional funds which was to her benefit. I was a frequent shopper in her store. If there was a no return/no exchange policy on beauty supplies she should have informed me of that policy when I made the purchase. I am left with merchandise that is worthless to me on top of receiving terrible customer service after years of patronizing this business.Desired Settlement: To be allowed to exchange the current comb attachment for the one that fits my dryer.
