Review: they were hired by us to shoot our wedding photos and video, and create a wedding album. We were promised to receive album, photos and videos in 3 months. The wedding was on 4/**/2011. around august of 2012 we received the video discs without being able to ever contact them in any way through out this whole period of time. The CDs were not working on any blue ray player we tried. They took the CDs back and we were not able to reach this company since ever again. No album. No video. all we got was email with some of the pictures from the wedding. thats it.Desired Settlement: we just want a working set of video CDs from our wedding, and a respectable wedding album.

Review: My wife and I got married in October 2010. We hired the New York Film Factory to do our wedding video and wedding album. The owner's name is [redacted]. He was actually recommended by a few friends of ours who also got married in 2010. We made a huge mistake of paying the New York Film Factory in full (close to $3,000) BEFORE we received our video or album.

We made numerous attempts to contact [redacted] in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. We finally got through to him in December 2013. He said he needed to transfer our content from an external drive and for us to call him in January, 2014. Today's date is March **, 2014. [redacted] of the New York Film Factory does not answer his phone and does not respond to voicemails or texts. We have not received the video or album from him to-date. Our friends (who originally recommended the New York Film Factory) have not received their videos or albums either. After giving him many chances to remedy his mistakes, to no avail, we fear that we'll never have our wedding video, wedding album, or a full/partial refund. We are reporting this business as a TOTAL SCAM so that other potential clients do not get scammed by [redacted] in the future. DO NOT hire the New York Film Factory!Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] (Owner of New York Film Factory) to honor the terms of our contract and deliver our wedding video and wedding album. We expect the quality of his work to not be deliberately low as a form of retaliation for us posting our complaint. We have given him numerous opportunities to remedy his breach of our contract for over 3 years.
