We are sorry to hear that you have a complaint with our company You contacted us about a photo booth rental months before your event We sent you all of the info including pictures and you reserved the booth for your event in Oct with a nonrefundable deposit of $ A couple of weeks before the event when the balance was becoming due you stated that you no longer liked the booth We sent you additional pictures and offer you a different type of booth which you also declined All deposits are nonrefundable as stated on the agreement that you signed We offer different types of photobooths and you declined both offers We will like to offer you a credit of $towards any event within the next months We hope this resolves your complaint

weeks before the event when the balance was becoming due you stated that you no longer liked the booth.  We sent you additional pictures and offer you a different type of booth which you also declined.  All deposits are nonrefundable as stated on the agreement that you signed.  We offer 2 different types of photobooths and you declined both offers.   We will like to offer you a credit of $375 towards any event within the next 12 months.  We hope this resolves your complaint
