New York Fire and Water Restoration

Review: The company is New York Fire And Restoration located in New York City.As a homeowner dealing with fire and restoration can at best be a major hurdle. A contract was signed with this organization. The organization has not done all of the restoration work. There was a fire and the organization knows that its hard for me to get around. As of now currently wheel chair bound. One year later they are still playing stalling and delay games.I still have major contracting issues one year later. They are stalling and delaying completion of the work. The workers have taken items from my home. An explanation is needed as to when the remainder of the work will be complete.They need an actual timeline as to when the work will be finished understanding time is of the essence.This organization was paid in full by the insurance company to provide a service. Contractually I am not satisfied with the delays that have been used continuously to slow down the construction work from being completed. I am not satisfied with the lack of service I have received from the company regarding the major contracting issues. The work must be finished. I want my home back to normal and no more delays. Get the work done so I can enjoy my home.Desired Settlement: I want the organization to honor its contract. I want them to complete the job after one year. I want my home back to normal.
