Rich K[redacted] of New York Floorman is a despicable human being. He's very nice before he makes the sale but once he does you're not going to be able to get a hold of him. I paid him a deposit of $27,500 for wood flooring. He bought only a portion of the flooring that we contracted for and then never showed up to install. He ignored my phone calls and emails and a couple of times even pretended to be a wrong number. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with Rich K[redacted] of New York Floorman.
I set up an appointment wi. this company for Friday morning between 8 and 9, not only did they not show up, but they did not return my calls. I am very disappointed.
