Review: I took several items of clothes there to be cleaned and altered. To be altered and cleaned was two blazers/suit jackets. I wanted the blazers arms to be shortened. The owner took the measurements. When I went back to get my clothes, I looked them over. The blazers arms were different from when I took them in. What I mean is that, my sleeves had pleats in them. When I received them back they didn't. I made this aware to the worker, and she said that "the way I gave my blazers to them is the way I should get them back". I told her my blazers had pleats in the arm. She said she would speak to the owner, and to come back in two days. I paid for the remaining garments. I came back in two days and the owner wasn't there. I was told to come back the next day. The next day, the owner was still not there. But the tailor was. I asked the tailor about the alteration. The tailor said that sometimes with shortening the sleeves, that it was not possible to keep the pleats. I saw at the same time, the tailor was doing the same alteration to another customers jacket. I asked did he tell the customer that they would not have the pleats. The tailor responded yes. I told the tailor that I was not made aware of that. If they would have given me the option of not having pleats, I would not have had the blazers altered. I came the next day and the owner was there. I started to explain to the owner about my problem, and all she kept saying is that if I don't pay I don't get my blazers. I told her that I didn't have a problem paying, it was that the service was not what I Wanted. And did I have to pay for something that I didn't ask for. She said in thirty years nobody had a complaint about that particular type of work that was done to my clothes. I responded to her that I was not given the opportunity to change my mind because nobody told me it would look different. She said that they (the establishment) should have told me. At that time I reminded her that it was her who took my measurements. And she never told me anything. When the worker agreed with me about her taking my measurements, she got upset and said that if I didn't pay I cant get my clothes. I asked for the manager, and she said she was the owner. So I paid for my clothes and left.Desired Settlement: I want the Cleaners to replace my blazers.
