during holiday rushIn addition to the fact that the shipping status does not change that oftenThe furniture was delivered to the customer's house in perfect condition, but did not fit through the door in original packagingAnd, although customer premises needs to be able to fit the furniture and it is not a part of any delivery service to disassemble and reassemble complete products (sofa frames to fit through the door in this case) - we still hired a $service crew on our expense who managed to unpack the furniture and bring it inside in perfect conditionThe customer keeps contacting us asking for compensation for "inconvenience and trouble"We did everything above and beyond to make this customer satisfied bringing the profit on this fairly large sale to almost We did not promise Ms *** any compensations, nor any are logically due since the delivery was completed and the furniture is in perfect condition. I made the manager aware of my door dimensions before placing the order and he told me that it would come in two pieces and assembled inside the homeSo this is not my fault that it came out as one piece and eventually they hired somebody to open the packaging and put it inIt's their inadequacyAs far as my phone calls are concerned, these people told me that they are going to keep me posted and they never call or email, that made me call themIt's a shame that they are proudly saying that there system blocked meThere representative should call me back tell me what's the status of my claim and deal with this professionally and courteously convey the information to me without me having to run after themAnyways I contacted them days after Alex told me he will keep me posted, as soon as he saw my message, he blocked meThis is so unprofessional.

This customer is a special one.  She called our company up to 10 times per day since the moment she placed her order demanding compensations for different "reasons". After receiving the answer to her question from one representative she would not like it and were demanding to...

speak to every single employee of the company in effort to receive a different answer. Every conversation took from 10 minutes to an hour during which the customer continuously asked the same question over an over again trying to wear us out to the answer she wanted. We were forced to block her numbers as this interaction was counter productive. We will be sending the replacement rails to the customer per her request and we did notify the customer of that fact in writing. We will just not continue conversing with her for hours daily as we do not have time or resources to waste. We will be happy to answer all her E-mails given that she will ask a new question every time.
