Review: I have a HX of [redacted]. The company is suppose to supply me with a Cpap mask and head gear every 3 months. I called the company and left messages no one from cpap department would return my call. I called and finally got thru to billing and ask to speak with a [redacted]. They assured me that they would ship the equipment over night. Never receive. Called again and they stated it was never o0rder but will ship today. Called 3th time. I was told they are out of stock. My current equipment not working and I have been unable to use my cpap and I [redacted] and stop breathing without the mask.Desired Settlement: I just want my equipment that was promised. nd would like to find a company that I can depend on.

After telling the company that I was going to report them after trying to receive supplies for over one month they finally sent the supplies.

Review: My mother [redacted], [redacted], is a [redacted] patient and received a bill that I have questions about. I have called and left messages repeatedly and have not gotten a call back. It is not a large bill, only $63.75, however, I'm not sure that she had the equipment in question.Desired Settlement: I just want a phone call to find out if it is a one time bill and what exactly it is for.

Review: rented a CPAP machine from them with contract for 9 payments of $8.28( copay)company received 11 payments-despite numerous requests for over payment of $16.56 they refuse to send same-can u help??Desired Settlement: send or credit to charge card the $16.56 asap

Review: New York Home Healthcare equipment, is sending me a collections notice for $303.92, due to medical CPAP auto system charges. Insurance ([redacted]) was supposed to be pre-authorized for payment before sending out device. NYHC never followed insurance procedure for my prescription for CPAP. They sent out medical device with no approval, and are now trying to damage my credit and charge me back. This is no error of the consumer, and I have been calling for weeks/months with no responses left to voice-mails with number listed ###-###-####. They are proving unethical business and attempting to rip me off of money, due to a error on there end. My account number is #[redacted]. I have offered to return machine or mail back but I have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to return machine if its not covered, or a billing adjustment to cover costs. As a business manager myself, they didn't follow policies and have now created a dispute in doing so. I will return medical device, and like to receive credit for bill if possible.

Review: They are totally incompetent as a Healthcare Company and so is their unprofessional staff. They do not return phone calls regarding CPAP equipment. They sent me the wrong size mask and haven't sent me a replacement after

Several calls They had my CPAP machine and took over 3 years to fix the machine and sent me an inadequate machine as a loaner They are unresponsive totally incompetentDesired Settlement: I want a letter of apology together with complimentary service An e-mail stating why it takes so long to receive my equipment ordered I do not wish to remain as a future client and do not want anything to do with this company

Review: Hello , I have been referred to this company by my [redacted] doctor . I have a [redacted] unit and a prescription for my [redacted] supplies . well , now since September 2013 , I have not heard from the company about my [redacted] supplies in now 8 months other then the automated phone call setting up my supply order . I'm suppose to receive my mask , hose , filter's and memory card so I am compliant , in order to receive my supplies . little by little the company has been messing up . loosing my memory cards (which report my sleep data ) to my doctor . no I have not had my supplies in now 8 months which i'm sure is not too healthy now . I have contacted my doctor whom called in yet another prescription for my medical supplies . I call the company my self . since January of 2014 now I have been contacting the company regularly . the person on the phone tells me , they personally will send my memory card for my unit to me personally the next day . well I cant tell you now how many times I have heard this one . hen I get the sphiel that my supplies are on back order .that I will be the first to receive when they arrive . Still no supplies after 8 month's . cant bee to healthy , especially coming from a home health care supply place . the very last person whom I spoke to in the [redacted] dept told me . oh , I looked up your records , your way over do for supplies . I will send your new supplies from our sister company because you have been waiting so long for your supplies . 3 weeks now , no phone call no supplies , zip , nothing . Now i'm sure this can not be to healthy for me using the same mask , hose and filter for 8 months and the bacteria build up . but i'm at the mercy of this company that now makes me feel i'm held hostage for my equipment . Something is very wrong here . this company need's to be investigated thoroughly. I'm sure there breaking some health care law some ware some how . I don't know how a company who supplies home health care equipment can get away with this . it's criminal !!!Desired Settlement: all I want is my medical supplies on a regular basis again , every 3 months as prescribed by my doctor . if this company can't handle my prescription , how can they handle others . this company does not deserve to be in business especially the medical supply field if you cant supply the prescribed . New York state department of health should be looking into this company's business practices and be investigated . just read some of the reviews for the business . had I read those before .

Review: I have [redacted] and use an air mattress on my bed. New York Home Health removed this mattress on July **,2013 to repair the air pump. As of today they have not responded to numerous messages I have left seeking the status and hopefully return of my property.
