Customer service was terribleThe salesman did not give accurate delivery dates and there was no communication with us I had to " babysit" & be proactive through the entire processYou can purchase your product through any retailer and I would not recommend this one These products are very expensive & the customer should be given good service and not feel as if the business is doing them a favorThat is how I felt in dealing with this company Too bad because I was trying to support a local business
