Review: On July **, 2013 was my wedding and two hours prior New York Limo and Coach cancelled. Supposedly, the limo had an accident . I said ok, I'm sorry to hear about that but you are replacing my limo right? He said no, you are going to have to find another one. I was left without a limo ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! He had the audacity to say it was my problem to find another limo since they had giving me "2 hour" to find another service. The name of the guy was [redacted]. He yelled at me, was rude and hung up the phone on me and my husband on several occasions.Desired Settlement: I demand this company to refund me $330 for services I never receive.
