Review: I ordered a suit for my husband last month and the suit stated online silk when I received it polyester. Not only that the suit cost $179.99 include tax on July ** I am just receiving my refund from last month and did not deposit the right amount. The company deposit $168.99.Desired Settlement: I want my whole refund back. When I bought the suit the company took 179.99 from my account. Refund me the right amount.

We are responding to a compliant made to us by a customer, complaint ID # is [redacted]. The Complaint States that the customer said our suit was listed as silk when it was not. The product can be found at this link: [redacted] , The order was placed for a total of $179.99 and we paid to ship the suit to the customer. The customer decided not to keep the suit so it was sent back to us. Our Policy states that on all returns we deduct the price of shipping. We complied by our policy and refunded the customer $168.99 which is after an $11.00 shipping cost deduction.
