Review: 1. After purchasing and buying product we were faced with late delivery which has resulted in financial penalties, which our company had to pay to the contracting authority.

2. On the seller webpage they are selling brand of product from USA and Germany and we have received Chinese production product.

3. Once the device arrived for the same claim was made because he had a malfunction. At the same it was sent to China at the manufacturer (It was send only the defective parts , not a complete device, ie microscope)

4. After the broken parts have send back to our company from China manufacturer they were not NEW they have been used and beside they where used they have been from totally different device

5. All this is happen in period of 2-3 month and final result was a termination of contract from Government police institutionDesired Settlement: At this moment only thing he can do is to refund our lost considering the contract has been terminated and assigned to another entity and we can not do anything even we got BRAND NEW branded not China product microscope.

Response:

1. The product arrived timely to the customer. Over 150 emails including numerous requests for pdfs, statement of quality control, authorization for resale. NEVER once did they require or request country of origin prior to proceeding or after placing the order. After approx. two weeks upon receipt they were commenting on various minor issues. This is what caused their delay with their customer.2. Offered on our website are many different microscope manufacturers made in China, Italy, Japan and Germany, We never deceive any customer of where the product is manufactured. [redacted] microscope is our private label manufactured in China. No where on our site does it state a different country of origin.3. Throughout the months we made every attempt to assist with any repairs or exchange of parts which were shipped to China and we bared some of the expense. 4. All parts sent from China were NEW. They came directly from the manufacturer. The parts all belonged to the [redacted] Forensic Comparison Microscope that was ordered.5. We believe that the termination of the contract was due to the fact that they purchased our [redacted] for $6,399.00. They were trying to pass off the microscope as a high quality instrument to their government customer who was expecting a much higher quality. In the area of Forensic Comparison Microscopes the biggest four companies are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted]. All these microscopes sell for approx. $75,000. We tried to explain to them that while both are Forensic microscopes, one can not compare their functionality. 6. Finally, in December [redacted], 2014 they requested to return the microscope because they lost the contract with their government customer. Our terms are clearly stated on the website....." International orders are non returnable". On the proforma invoice prior to ordering is a statement that states that customers agree to our terms and agreement" . [redacted] We agreed to make an exception to our policy for international orders and allowed for the return of the microscope for store credit with no time limit for a new order. They gladly accepted our offer on Dec. [redacted] and were very appreciative. We do not understand why six months later they are requesting their money back when clearly they agreed to the open credit. (Please see attached emails) Our company went above and beyond to make this exception to please our customer. There is absolutely no justification for this complaint and attempt to tarnish our A+ Revdex.com rating.
