Review: NYOS provided us with a printer from cannon that was broken. We returned the printer to NYOS and they still have it. They never provided us with a new machine so we called to complain, as we were still in contract paying cannon for the printer which we didn't even have.
NYOS then provided us with a new xerox printer, but did not provide service to set it up, so it is an unusable printer and is sitting in our office. Xerox is now demanding payment for the second printer which we are not using.
Meanwhile we are paying cannon and xerox for printers that we do not have or are not working.Desired Settlement: NYOS owes us 2,500 for the service we are not receiving, or they need to return the cannon printer. We want to end all contracts they have placed us in and be given a full refund for services we did not receive.
