Review: Deliberately told me that this apartment was in good shape and that the landlord (who she dealt with before) was a great guy. The place is riddled with mold and other dangerous conditions. I only moved in on June [redacted] and am horrified by the crazy landlord as well as the smell of mold and all the broken fixtures in this place. No banister in stairwell, pilot light out on gas stove, evidence of broken pipe in bathroom as well as collapsing ceiling and mold. I trusted her when she said he would be good landlord. I paid her $1045 in cash as per her request and all I want to do now is get out of this place. I feel she completely lied to me about this man and she should have her license revoked because she is a deceitful individual and she took advantage of me and my trust in her.Desired Settlement: $1045 in cash as was given to her in good faith.
