After we recieved Ms***'s initial concern over posts warping, George Emmel went out to inspectHe researched the issue with the manufacturer and came to the conclusion that it was, in fact, a manufacturer product faultGeorge suggested replacing warped beam with steel to avoid future
warping, and Ms*** said no.The posts continued to warp further, and Patriot Consturction sent out our architectural engineer, Kip F*who inspected the posts and said although the were warped, the structure was sound and that the posts should be replacedGeorge contacted Ms*** and the repairs have been completed, and Ms*** is now happy with the posts

resolution is satisfactory to me as long as the weather stripping on the bottom of the door is replaced. As of yesterday morning, [redacted] stated that he would be back in the afternoon but a day later we have yet to see completion and follow through.

Revdex.com spoke to [redacted] today. He stated this issue was fixed yesterday. There is one minor detail left to do and that will be done this afternoon.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, and above all, the expert work that Jack, Mark, Dan (and George) exemplified during the process of Patriot giving us the new kitchen, refurbished hardwood floors,new door and entranceway.
