New York Pizza and Pints

I ordered a pizza from this establishment and when eating the pizza I bit into a screw, leading to me chipping my back right tooth. When I call the establishment I was told by someone they believed they knew where the screw came from but was then transferred to the owner who told me 'they did not have screws in their building? so there was no way they could be at fault. This could have caused me serious damage and they were not even willing to admit it could have been their fault because they 'don't have screws in their building'.
