I don’t know what website you were looking at, but my website is [redacted] Anybody can post anything on the internet, I can only be held responsible for my site and not information someone else posted I am sorry for the confusion, but I did refund all his money

Review: Yesterday, Jul 27, 2014 we ordered two pizzas from NY Pizza. The total came to $27.65. Several hours after we ate the pizzas, both my wife and I started having pains in our stomach and abdomen, spent most of the night using the bathroom and this continued for several hours into the night and into the morning. We knew we had contracted food poisoning from the pizza. It was the only thing we had eaten that within the 2-6 hours after having eaten (according to the NIH website on food poisoning). I contacted the restaurant today, Jul 28, 2014 and asked to speak to a manager. He/she was not available. I informed the worker of our situation and his first question was, "how do I know it was the pizza?" When I told him the timing he said he would talk to the owner. He called me back and informed me the owner said that if we brought in a doctor's note stating that it was his pizza that caused the food poisoning then he would refund us the money. If the owner cared at all about the customer, he would have refunded the money. If he cared at all about having repeat business from us and others we know, he would have refunded the money. Asking a customer to get a doctor's note proving it was the pizza after we spent the night in the bathroom on and off with pains is absolute insanity.Desired Settlement: We are asking for a refund on the two pizzas totaling $27.65 - and requesting an inspection of the health department to ensure there are safe food handling practices at this place of business.

We are in receipt of your letter dated July 30,2014. As you we're made aware. I have been out of town and just got in town most recently.

Please accept my feedback based on the complaint detailed in letter as with notes I took of that day in question.

I have succeeded running this restaurant and others for over 14 years.

Quality of our food which in return makes for the highest level of customer satisfaction of our repeated customers as with new customers alike is what we always strive for.

The Health Inspectors periodically visit our restaurant like others as customary with no complaints from the local county inspectors and other customers. Additionally, all the necessary training and certification

of handling food is our number one priority in order to have satisfied customers all the years I've been running this restaurant as with others.

According to the complaint, said customers(two same customers) have stated that after they ate 2 pizzas they felt sick. We hope they are better now, however stating food poisoning is a serious allegation. For if food poisoning

might of taken place, we most definitely would of have more that just one two people eating 2 whole pizzas customer.

That weekend, Sunday the 27th of 2014 we were pretty busy and did not get any other complaint from that same day or even after Sunday by anybody else, the cheese pizza and chicken, artichoke with other toppings ordered is a common kind prepared and sold all the time.

We are sorry for the husband and wife customers getting sick. However adding or touching other things after picking pizza or at the time of eating pizza is something one could question. However we thank them for trying our great

selection of pizzas.

As a courtesy we have returned the money 4 days later(31st of July). Again, no other complaints were received before, during or after from any other single customer.

Review: [redacted] does not pay his bill. This client refuses to pay his bills despite being given a second chance. In November he called my office looking to make a mends on his account and we gave him a second chance. He was to make $300 payment in three payments plus pay for his menu update. November payment, December Payment January payment, then menu change payment all went through fine. Once his menu was updated on the website in mid january he had every charge reversed believing the website could not be taken down because it was already online.I have made several attempts to collect monies from this client via phone calls, text messages, and emails. Proof is displayed for viewing by all at www.[redacted].comIf this invoice is not paid in full including chargebacks and reconnection fees I will have report him to collections agencies.Desired Settlement: I want the full balance of the work completed plus all chargeback fees and reconnection fee for his website. I want the payment made by money order and fedexed to my business. He has bounced checks and reversed charges so this is the only form of payment acceptable at this point.

Review: The company named above "New York Pizza"© failed to provide proper change at the time of delivery stating that they only carry twenty dollars so the driver would give me my food take my money and bring me change back within fifteen minutes.Desired Settlement: Fix their policies.

Review: I ordered delivery from this restaurant and paid in advance via their internet ordering site. When the driver arrived at my place of work he refused to come inside and was very disrespectful probably because the order was pre-paid. I informed this driver that this is not a safe world so I refuse to lean down inside people's vehicles that I do not know. I asked why do every other time I call delivery-- I meet the driver in the lobby which is secured by 3 government security personnel.Desired Settlement: I did not receive my order and am asking for a refund to my account.
