Review: Had sewer cleaned on 4/*/14. Few days later heard gurgling in bathroom, recalled, mechanic said nothing wrong, took off cap and all debri came out leaving a BIG MESS, and left! Problem again on 6/**/14, mechanic again said nothing wrong, everything dry. I called office on 4/**/14 (daughter [redacted])and explained to [redacted]. I was told my mom would get a phone call but NEVER DID!!!!I have a warranty until 7/*/14.Desired Settlement: I want an experience mechanic to REDO the job the right way. I paid $300.00 receit # [redacted]. Obviously , a company not relieble when they say they will call back and NOT do so. Mechanic name [redacted]. I personally wanted the call to come to me but [redacted] said no, they would call my mom. THEY ARE PROBABLY WAITING FOR WARRANTY TO EXPIRE TO RE-CHARGE ME![redacted]

Review: Hello all,I had a broken/non functional heating burner in the house. I called NY Plumbing & Sewer Rooter (affiliated with Pavil Plumbing & Heating) License# [redacted] for repair on Friday Feb [redacted]. The service guy came in and replaced an Amp Voltage plug and charge me $300 cash. Which I gave since we were out of heat and house was freezing and I have a little one at home. He gave me a receipt and told me that I have 3 month guarantee on the part. I later found out that the part costs $10 retail. The next early morning i.e. Feb [redacted] the heating went out again as the same part went bad again. I called the vendor multiple time to get is services from Saturday (feb [redacted]) till Saturday (Feb [redacted]) but no one came and repaired the part or gave me a refund. Every time I call I speak to either [redacted], [redacted] or [redacted] and they tell me that the guy who came to repair ([redacted].) will call me. I had freezing cold temperatures at my house for 3 days while I was waiting and had to call someone else.Desired Settlement: I am absolutely appalled by the service provided by this company and been asking them for refund for 10 days now. Any help in this matter is appreciated. Thank you.[redacted]

Review: Company cleaned out my sewer system after it backed up. I had agreed to pay an extra charge to have the exretion that leaked to be cleared and cleaned. plumber has used my own personal tools to go into the sewer and left them filthy with excretion and filth, and left without cleaning anything.Desired Settlement: I would like to recive some compensation for having a cleaning service some and clean up my basement on the job they were suppsoed to provide

Review: On 10/**, we received an estimate of $450 to 1) replace bathtub trip lever 2) replace bathtub spout and 3) insert new shower valve cartridge to stop a leak. The mechanic never indicated that unforeseen problems might occur. Had he done so, this fact may have influenced our decision. We agreed on the price and on, 10/**, the mechanic arrived to perform the work. The mechanic replaced the trip lever successfully. However, he informed us that the spout could not be replaced. He indicated that it was corroded to the pipe. After he replaced the cartridge, there was still dripping but he assured us that the dripping would stop. Since he could not replace the spout, he said that he would take $30 off the price. We paid him $420 and he left. The dripping from the leak never stopped and is now, worse than before. We contacted the company and the mechanic indicated that there was nothing further he could do. He said that to fix the problem would require opening the wall at an additional cost off from $475 to $950. In essence, we paid $420 for installation of a new trip lever.Desired Settlement: Seeking partial refund.
