The New York Post has a proven record of being unable to honor a Vacation Hold Request. On several occasions I have returned from vacation, after having processed a 'Vacation Hold' to find the newspapers accumulated on the front steps! I might as well have posted a sign saying "Welcome Burglars" ! I've complained before - no change.
This is the worst type of service that the print media can provide.

Review: Requested a address delivery change for The New Post newspaper one (1) month ago. I was told that the address and zip code was a deliverable address. Subscription is pay in full and in advance. Have called every week for one(1) month to try and find out what the problem is? Get the run around with EVERY conversation and no answers to why the paper is not being delivered. The New York Post has all of my information for contact and have not responded with any resolve??? Very poor customer service:)Desired Settlement: Just would like the paper to be delivered to my ** year old father. He looks forward to reading the paper. If not would like a complete refund do to the fact of lack of customer service in trying to resolve the problem.
Review: I had subscribed to the New York Post on April **, 2010. At this time they had a promotion when you signed up for the subscription you would receive a $25.00 gift card. To this day I have not received my promotion. I had called at least 5 times and each time they tell me it was resolved. Nothing has been resolved and I feel they are stringing me along.Desired Settlement: I would like my subscription halted and my $25.00 gift card, if not then I would like the amount that I Have been paying for the subscription as punishment and to teach them a lesson to keep to their promises.

Sincerely,
Review: They are billing me 79 dollars for issues sent after subscription ended. I knew subscription had ended and left for vacation. I was never informed that I would have to call to end the subscription after it expired.I left for vacation and upon return found it was still being delivered. I immediately called to stop deliveries and they told me I owed 79dollars for the papers that came while I was away. This seems very unfair to me.when magazines end they end. You don't have to call to stop them. This policy of the post seems terrible. Please help me and others who have the same issues with the post.thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Just want my bill overturned

Review: I purchased he ny post app for my I pad over a year ago. I have not been able to open or use the app for at least three weeks. I have had problems with the app before , but have been able to resolve the issue. When I email the customer service I receive a automated response promising. A service response within 24 hours, and I never receive he response. I have emailed three separate times and still no help. I have tried to call and am told that they do not assist with app problems, and there is no number given for app problems. I pay for this subscription, and do not know what to do.Desired Settlement: To have my app working and to get reimbursed for the weeks I have gone without the ny post app working.
Review: I was charged for a New York Post subscription and I never intentionally subscribed to that newspaper. I was tricked into subscribing using deceptive means.
I was shopping in the Shoprite supermarket at 985 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, New York, 10303. Two men at a display table called me over asking if I wanted to enter a drawing for a $200 gift card and I would receive a $5 Shoprite cash card just for entering the contest.
They asked to see my debit card I used to purchase groceries, if I used a debit card. I thought they were verifying my name, Neither man ever mentioned the New York Post or the New York Daily News. I did notice both newspapers' names on the entry forms
but thought nothing of it. It was a few days later I had a debit on my checking account for a New York Post subscription. I called the number for the New York Post as provided on my checking account but no one answered. I called Shoprite and spoke with the
manager and he thought the men were soliciting subscriptions honestly and was unaware of their deceptive methods until I told him.
I would like the New York Post to return my $10 immediately, and in the future not use deceptive means to trick people to subscribe to their newspaper.Desired Settlement: I would like the New York Post to refund my $10.
In the future, use honest salespeople.
