Review: I purchased two 21 oz packages of New Pretzels manufactured by New York Pretzel LLC, [redacted]. When I opened the packages I found pretzels stuck together and covered with ice. Apparently they all got defrosted and were frozen all over again rendering the product useless. I called manufacturer at ###-###-#### and spoke to [redacted]. I informed him about my problems with his companys manufactured product and a retailer/distributor of the product which sold me defective pretzels. [redacted] was most unhelpful and suggested to contact Revdex.com so he would have an opportunity to address my formal complain. Hence the need for this report. I spent about $7.00 on the product which I was unable to use. I would like to be compensated for the value of product so I could go buy good pretzels to enjoy.Desired Settlement: Refund purchase price of two 21 oz packages of New Pretzels ($7.00)
