This is the type of letter I was sent. I will not answer. It is very unprofessional, misspelled, no letterhead, and no signature. My three year old niece is able to write a better letter.
This is supposedly coming from an office that collects thousands of dollars a dayI will not dignify them with an answerUntil it is properly addressed to meThis company should carry themselves in a more professional manner
Furthermore, no one from either of these companies have notified me in any way

Review: I paid the NY QUALITY RECRUITMENT for the registration Fees ($100.00) on 09-**-2014 and for the training classes(another $100.00) on 09-**-2014 for the total sum of $200.00 dollars. I went back there and the doorman at [redacted] told me that they moved out. The lady that took my deposits [redacted] phone or business phone(###-###-####) is no longer in Service since 10-**-2014. the [redacted] General Industry Safety Course suppose to start on Monday 09-**-2014. [redacted] said that the class for Monday 09-**-2014 was cancelled because the [redacted] was sick. At this time I do not know where is the company new location if any, or they went out of business.Desired Settlement: I just want to have my [redacted] General Industry Safety Certificate and a job placement.

Review: On August [redacted] 2014 I responded to New York Quality Recruitment for a housekeeping job. [redacted] the [redacted] interviewed me and told me that the training for [redacted] and registration would cost $399. I told him that I only had the registration fee because that was what the receptionist told me thst it would cost. [redacted] informed me that I could pay that amount, but I needed $250 more for my [redacted] license. A few days later I paid the $150 and [redacted] said thst I could pay the remainder in installments once I started working. He tried to line me up with a few places but when I called them they weren't aware of the resumes that he said were sent. I took the [redacted] classes on Sept. */* and I haven't received anything in the mail yet, they give you 3 months. Dec * or * will be the deadline for my [redacted] card. I received an email in earl Oct. telling me that they moved and that they were merging with another company and would soon contact me, I haven't heard from them since.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to get my money back, and for [redacted] (if that is his name), and staff to go to Jail!!!

Review: I paid 300$ for my [redacted] license. I went to [redacted] where I paid and got my receipts and have all my paper work. They then send me to a training location 10 hours at [redacted]. I been wanting for interviews haven't got anything or my [redacted] card. I call there number they gave me which is ###-###-#### and now I get no answer they email me saying they moved and nothing . I need my money back I called 311 told them about my situation and they also said they been hearing about scams on this.Desired Settlement: my money back I would like refund of my money 300$

Review: I answered an ad online at [redacted]. for maintenance /janitorial work. I paid a $100 dollar registration fee. I went to the recruitment center to register. I was then told that I would have to take a training course, the OSHA Safety Course which costs $299. I attended this 10 hour course and received my certificate. I was then sent to the [redacted], on September [redacted]; I then went back to ** Recruitment office to inform then that the place was closed. the place was closed; with no sign posted to that effect. I then returned on Wednesday, September [redacted]; I then had to fill out an application for employment and then was then told that this would be an on call janitorial position during the required probation period. Then I would be placed as needed, meaning social events, etc., for cleaning and janitorial work. There would be no housekeeping positions. when I went to the sunshine company on Wednesday, September [redacted], I was told to come back the next day for orientation. I assumed that orientation was the day that I had attended the 10 hour course at OSHA. I may not receive a refund, but this is a gross injustice to people who are unemployed or in need of a job to find out that this is just an on-call position, regardless of 3 months probation, etc. this is a great injustice of misrepresentation in their advertising methods; they should change their advertising on [redacted] to state on call wording in their advertising policies.I understand that the monies I paid are no-refundable, but if that is the case, then I would like the Revdex.com to be aware of what is going on. I will be satisfied with that.Desired Settlement: if, no refund possible, would like to be reimbursed for transportation for three days. I do not wish to remain in contact with this company or its employees; I just want to avoid others from being mislead.

Review: In September 2014 I was called by this company saying that they had job opportunities so I want down there an spoke the people there I was told I need an osha license for the Jobs he had open and the license was 400.00 so I told him I didn't have the money he said if I needed time he would work with me I gave 100.00 that day an came back that next week and paid the other 300.00 they put me in this ten hours class for my osha license that was for two days the person the did the class told me I would get my osha card in the mail I never did I just got the certificate when the class was done I went back to quality recruitment and they send me to a company called sun shine cleaning when I got there they told me they don't know why they keep sending people to them they don't have a contract with the lab told me I was the third person that day so I left and called quality recruitment they told me they lost the contract sun shine but they are going to email me three other companies I never received that email so I went back down to quality recruitment and before I can get in to the building the door man tells me that there no longer there then a few weeks after that I get a email saying there merging with some other companies I just want my money backDesired Settlement: I just want my money back

Review: Received a call from New york Quality Recruitment to come in and fill out application. I went to location [redacted] and spoke with [redacted], He explained he had over 60 buildings if I am not happy he can switch me. He stated I had to obtain my Osha Certificate which cost $300.00, On the first day I gave him $100.00 in which he gave me a receipt, I was given another date to come in to pay the balance of $200.00 and take my first 5 hour class for my Osha with trainer [redacted] and the next day I came to take my last 5 hours. He stated I will receive Osha certificate in the mail in which I did, He also stated the company will provide free lifetime job placement assistance and the money was non refundable. The delimma is I been calling everyday, no one picks up and it goes to a voicemail which is full and no one returns call. I went back to the location after a week and they sent me to a place called Sunshine cleaning and the person there stated they don't know why they keep sending people here because they don't have work and they don't deal with that company. Went back to Quality Recruitment to tell them and he stated he had 3 more places in which he will email me information but he never did, then I receceived an email that they are merging with another company and they will reach out to each individual to let them know. It was signed Human Resources. No one never emailed me back and know I can't get in touch with them.Desired Settlement: My desired out come is they either help me find a job or refund me my $300.00 dollars back, I even explained I had to borrow this money, and he stated don't worry we will find yoou something.
