Review: I am still awaiting the delivery of my items and personal belongings picked up at my former CT residence to be delivered to our new home in San Diego, CA. The items were picked up from my home in CT on August [redacted] and was promised to be delivered to me no later than 30 days thereafter (originaly told me 7- 14 days). During this time, I have called repeatedly to get the status on the ETA of the delivery and either the relocation consultant does not call me back and when I do get her (phone call are seldom answered and goes on the answering machine) she gives me erroneous information and promises. This is going to be the third time she said it is on its way with another driver (now in Portland Oregon). Either this company is highly incompetent or I am being scammed. The bottomline is I want my belongings delivered in whole. I have already paid approximately half of the cost of service upon pick up in CT.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to ensure that this is a legitimate company and I will receive my items. This is the bottomline for us. If this is a bogus company, we would like to know how this company can be held responsible for its practices, criminal or civil. At this point, I don't have confidence that this company is telling the truth and is just giving me the run around. I would like help to get my items secured and to have this business stopped if need be.
