Thank You for the opportunity to voice my opinion and to express my truthful account of my experience with this businessPersonally, I feel this company is very deceptive and end up having people feel as though they've been scammedThey offer a service that requires you to pay $for a day subscription in order to view their offers of theater and tv showsI've checked [redacted] and other places where people leave their opinions in the form of a rated review, much like this site, and found others who feel the same way and have had the same experience as myself, so I know I'm not alone in what has happened to meWhen I've e-mailed NYTix within less than an hour of signing up (for I've felt that there was something very off about what they were promising) to express my dissatisfaction, I've received rude e-mail replies back from themI asked for my money back, and they blatantly refusedI went to their [redacted] page and read a comment posted by someone named ***, also about feeling ripped off and unable to use their site, and posted a comment of my own, which reflected ***'s commentThey have since removed our commentsThey also had a review section on their site [redacted] had submitted his opinion in a review, as did I, and they removed the review sectionAnd then they banned us both from their siteI wonder why they have a need to hide people's opinions about their negative experience rather than trying to fix the problem!!! Again, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to write a review about my experience with this company
Paid for full subcription and was unable to find any useful information or discountsThe discounts I did find were the same ones I could from the business itselfI got nothing for my moneyA total loss
