Review: The Company is called NY Sign located on college point. There were three people that I,was working with. The sales person, [redacted] and lady name [redacted] and [redacted]. I work with [redacted] about the payment process and the design of the sign. [redacted] told me that I need to pay 50% of deposit before they started working and other half when they put up the sign. I call up office next day and gave my credit card information over the phone to [redacted] to pay my deposit.We went through lots of Emails to get the sign ready. In the middle of the process they decided to charge other half amount of balance without my authorize approve. We call them next day to get a refund that amount they charge without approve. They issue me the refund next day. When the sign was ready they told me that, I can't pay it with my credit card anymore and has to be Cash, money order or cashier check or they wont put up the sign. That was not , what I was told by [redacted] or there company, when we decide to work together. I decide to get the cashier check ready for them for installation on Oct **/2014 Tuesday. They send out two employ out to my shop for installation. When I saw the sign there were some problem with design and the color was not correct. I told the guys do not put up the sign until, I talk with [redacted]. I went to there office to speak with [redacted] and he wasn't helpful at all. He call me crazy, Stupid and not going to fix the problem. I ask him for refund and he said there will be no refund and he does not want to deal with me and stared to discriminated with my age and insulting me front of other customer. I was really shock, we couldn't resolve with professional way. All I wanted was to fix the sign that I was not satisfied with. When, I came back to the shop the guys already install the sign without my permission.I was so upset that [redacted] told the guys to just installed. It was awful and guys told me they had no choice.The cost of Awning sign was $1796.44 and made a deposit of $898.22 on Sept **,2014 on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back and take the sign back. please help me to resolve this problem. I never went through anything like this. I feel like, I got scam by them.

Review: It is with much dismay that I lodge this compaint about NY Sign Manufacturing and Installation INC. After spending over $4000. on a awning/sign, bearly over a year now; I did not expect to pay an aditional $350.to repair a job that was poorly done. The awning is falling and poses an imminent danger to anyone that walks by, including the many cars in the parking lot. I beg for immediate attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: The product is without durablity and resilience it broke in less that a year,the Rods are broken, it needs to be replaced.
