When investigating [redacted] Chargeback Request, it was determined that he had purchased Skyride Upgrade tickets and redeemed them at our Ticket Counter for boarding passes to the NY SKYRIDE. Our turnstile records show the date and time the tickets were scanned, and we provided proof of such to...

the credit card company. His complaint cited "claims to have not received the goods/services" which we were able to refute with our documents. And thus, the credit card company refused the chargeback. The tickets sold to [redacted] are NY SKYRIDE upgrade tickets. These are discounted tickets to our attraction for those individuals who already possess Empire State Building tickets and wish to add NY SKYRIDE to their ESB experience. These tickets are considered as part of our "Fast Track" program as they allow the customer to skip all queuing inside the Empire State Building Observatory ticket office by utilizing the NY SKYRIDE entrance. NY SKYRIDE is not a scammer company. The ticket backup supplied to the credit card company was not fraudulent. We will be contacting [redacted] directly to come to an amicable resolution.
