New York Sound and Security is known for providing quality and professional services to our customersOur staff is highly trained and qualified to perform any type of job assigned to be performed in any particular carCustomer satisfaction is our main concernThe customer refused us to touch the car after the incident and argued about this matter and starred alleging statements about our integrity, the Business and our employees, with bad words, racial and ethnicity comments about everyone in our shopRegarding this particular situation with [redacted] and her vehicle, we never state to any customer a refund because one of our policies is that we don’t refund any job done because all work have labor involveas we explained to the customer this condensation problem can be cause by anything, sometimes cars from the dealer without aftermarket work done have this problem but any way the car had some work done in the installation of th e LED headlights in our premises and we explained to the customer that all work come with guarantee by usAll customer have to keep in mind that aftermarket parts sometimes require minimum to none modification of some original parts from the vehicleWe have no problems granting our warranty to our jobsThis Job comes with one (1) Year warranty on parts and labor as stated in the receiptWe try our best to keep our customer satisfy and we always try to resolve any problem or situation in the best possible wayThe Customer doesn’t want to cooperate to have this situation resolveWe as a business guarantee our work and at the same time as a business we have our policies and all work done in our premises by one of our technician will be resolve the same way any other company will do, We requested the customer to bring the car back to our shop so we can inspect and fix any situation that work may cause to her vehicleWe take responsibility if the evaporation is caused by ou r work and we will proceed and have it fixedIf the customer refuse to bring the car so we can take care of this matter then we will not be able to grant our warranty to her vehicle, If the customer decide to take care of this on her own with the Chevy dealer, as well we will not be able to have control of and this will create a situation where New York Sound and Security will not cover any expenses on any other business
