New York Spa & Sauna Reviews (1)

Review: I'd like to file a complain about the young lady that assisted me at the front desk and the [redacted] who got involved later. My family including my wife and 5 month old baby went to the Spa on 05/**/14. The admission was $75 per person and the young lady at the counter asked me to pay $75. I had been there few times before. But I had never been there with the baby. So I asked her if there's any special or different rate for the baby. The young lady seemed bit annoyed at that question and told me no. I asked her if there's anything that can save me money like coupons. She told me about the 10pack boucher I could purchase for $200 and use them instead. I appreciated the information and bought the boucher. I asked her one more question. 'Is there any coupon for future visits that you guys give out like most other spas?'And then she really started get annoyed and started to showing the attitude and saying stuff like 'You've never been to the Spa?''I'll give you back the money, just leave.' I was stunned. I never complained her about the money. As far as I am concerned, I am a customer who's willing to spend the money at their place in exchange of relaxation. The front desk should be the face of the whole business and she was putting bad taste in my mouth.I complained her about her attitude and called for a [redacted]. She said she's the [redacted] and I was getting nowhere. Instead of arguing with her since she was not able to communicate properly, We went back and met the [redacted] of the Spa few days later. He listend us and promised us that when we come back next time, he'll have her apologies to us.We went back few days later. She recognizes us and doesn't even say hello or welcome. Completely ignores us. My wife got upset and called the [redacted]. The [redacted] shows totally different attitude than in person. He said "If you go to McDonald, just get the burger and leave. If you came to my spa, just do what you gotta do and leave. Don't expect anything more than what you paid for." and then just hung up on my wDesired Settlement: It's really not about the money because I don't want any refund or free service. It just need a common sense to know how to treat your customers when you operate your business.Simple word, 'I am sorry for the inconvenience.' That was all we wanted.I found out later on that the young lady is the family member of the [redacted] and the [redacted] obviously was over protective over her. I find it wrong and he's spoilling her.All we want from them is apologies.'I am sorry.' Why is it so hard to say?Help
