Review: The company was hired to install a kitchen countertop. The counter that was installed was not the counter we selected. The counter looks like it was recycled from a previous job. When we made the company aware they said they would replace but it would take over a week to cut a new piece. I expressed my concern because I was moving in to the new house and they then said that they would give me a full refund. I made contact with the owner, [redacted], and he gave me the run around. He said he would send a guy to pick up the counter and he eventually did, but he did not have money to give me. I did not let him take the counter because [redacted] has not proven to be reliable. He called me and yelled at me for not letting him take the counter and still said he would reimburse. Sadly, he has not made good on the previous arrangement and the countertop is still in my house and I have received no money.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to me.
