Review: I have been trying to return something to the New York and company for 2 weeks. However I didn't have the receipt and I was told that they don't have the updated systems where is was pulled from my card. Okay so due to my job I travel a lot. So, today I walked into the store and one thing I noticed was I was eye balled I wasn't even given the greeting of the day. They were very rude. I have been in places where the customer service was superb and some not as others. This was the worst by far. I was good enough to spend money but not good enough to do an exchange. Then when I asked about a military discount which I should get for serving my country I get that you can't combine coupons. Or specials. However the military discount is a discount the company gives. So I take it that me and my fellow Soldiers shouldn't support New York and Company anymore. Anyway I tried to tell the [redacted] that I was at a store before and they said they would honor it My return that is. and he went to the back for the regional managers email address. Then said he couldn't give the email address out. That was very disturbing for me. No email no name and no proper phone number. I asked for a store policy about giving out managers information and the [redacted] told me he can't show it. It's for the store. So, can I see it in writing that you all can't give that information out. It was one day past the return date. Then the girl wrote on the receipt that I returned it. I have shopped in this store for years and this is the worse experience I have ever had to deal with.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. Since its marked on my receipt anyway. And they need to greet customers and change the way they profile people. I was watched every direction I turned but no one asked me if I needed help
