Review: I took my 11 yr old Pomeranian in last night about 11pm. She was panting and shaking and seemed to be in pain. My 20 yr old daughter and I arrived and after the normal procedure of paper work and a payment up front of $110.00 we were brought into a room to see doctor. After she was checked the doctor said she was obviously in pain and wanted to take blood,to which a young lady first came in with an estimate which had about twelve things written on the paper with a balance..I was at this time concerned with the interest of this office..not one of them showed an ounce of empathy or compassion.at that point I asked if they could give her something for the pain,to which the young lady came back in the room with a new estimate.I agreed and signed the paper..after pain shot was given the same young lady came out with my dog (while we were waiting for blood results)and stated my dog was barking a lot so she brought her out to stay with us..now it's time to go in and get results the young lady started to drag her across the floor by her leash collar was around her neck.my daughter quickly picked her up and the young woman then took her and carried her into the back..the dr came out with results and said my dog has signs of [redacted] and recommended her staying over night for fluid therapy keep her hydrated and again another estimate was presented this one with a minimum cost of $1200 depending on the time she stayed with them and 75% was do up front..I told the young lady I ran out of my house and only had my care credit card on me..she ran the card and told us the balance remaining on the card was $204 .So I let her know that was the amount I could spend for the treatment. Asked if there was an alternative to her staying if there was medicine I could give her at home and another estimate was printed for about $400. I agreed and thought would be billed for the balance they wanted full payment so I was charged $546 and they didn't give any meds to bring home. How is this allowed! Do something pleaseDesired Settlement: My dog is in the same condition and the estimated price of blood work changed on every estimate..take out for blood work and refund all of the "made up "charges
