complaint because they returned my call (which I made earlier that day) and I had my credit card refunded over the phone

reply to confirm that with this information, you will be able to immediately remove the notation that “The business failed to respond to the dispute.” Also, that our Revdex.com rating will not be negatively affected by this matter As further information regarding this matter: Once we received the complaint our call center reviewed the calls received and we did not receive any complaint from this customer, so it appears that the complaint to the Revdex.com was our first notification that this customer may have had an issue. But the information provided does not indicate which product he purchased, how many tickets, what date, and the circumstances regarding his experience. Absent any of that information, and any response from the customer, we cannot take further action. Review: On July *, 2014 I purchased tickets for the water taxi - two people for $60 total and then I realized that I wanted tickets to East River Ferry instead. All I needed was my $60 refunded.

Problem 1:

The lady at the counter didn't know how to do refunds. She took my credit card and the guy helping her was about to make a copy of it on the copy machine, but I told him not to do that. Nobody should ever try to make a copy of someone's credit card - especially without even asking.

She used her radio and called someone else who knew how to do it and we waited for 20-40 minutes. (The refund receipt says my server was [redacted], so that must be the person who knew how to do refunds.) I asked her when I should expect to see my credit card refunded and she said to give it a week.

Problem 2:

July ** - I did not see my refund on my credit card, so I called Water Taxi and asked to talk to someone who could help get my refund. The rep was nice and told me I could email and address it to [redacted] or [redacted], so I did.

July ** -- [redacted] replied back to me with this message:

Thank you for contacting New York Water Taxi and Circle Line Downtown!

Can you send us a bank statement showing the transaction? I will have the accounting department investigate further. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I replied on July [redacted] with the information she asked for and I included my telephone number in case it is easier to call.

I never got a response. Never!

I emailed again on Aug ** and again Sept **.

Sept ** -- I called to see what was going on and [redacted] said that accounting was going to have it done by "end of day today or tomorrrow."

Sept ** -- No refund still. I called again and spoke with [redacted]. She tried to take my credit card number and expiration, but I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to before doing that. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then said accounting was not in the office at this time, so I left my name and phone number. I asked when I could expect a return call and she said she doesn't know when.

What even happened when you swiped my card to do the refund that same day when I purchased these tickets?Desired Settlement: I want my $60 back, please. This purchase was on July [redacted]. Today is September **.
