Review: I had a recurrent membership which I had called to cancel in September effective the end of November. They confirmed this cancellation. However, I have been billed for the membership through the end of January. I requested a refund for Dec and Jan, which they have denied.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the charged membership months which I had cancelled and did not use! (Specifically December and January).
