Review: I pre-paid this company for a variety of skin related services and they shut their doors, turned off their phones and disappeared.

They have about $700 of my money and there is no way to get a hold of them now.

So they basically stole my money, never contacted me to say they were going to refund me because they were

obviously going out of business.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and an apology

Review: New You Medical Group sells treatments for a variety of beautification services including laser hair removal, weight loss, and skin firming treatments. I purchased services for eight treatments and had no noticeable results. After speaking to the nurse and the customer service representative at the front desk they agreed to sell me an additional eight treatments. When I went to make an appointment, I found that the business no longer exists. The phone number does not work, the office is abandoned and a notice on the door from the property owner says it is abandoned, and their website address is no longer in service. There was no phone call, offer to refund, or notice. The business was just closed one day with no notice and no one to contact to get a refund of services not provided.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back for the services which I purchased but never received for the amount of $[redacted]

Review: I paid for Laser Hair Removal treatments at $799 and since New You Medical Group has closed I have not been able to use any of those services. I would like my money back!Desired Settlement: Simple. I would like to get my $799 back from New You Medical Group.

Review: The business was shut down without any notices while they were still taking new customers and knowingly making false promises on their services. I've paid $400 for laser services there and was expecting to finish 2/8 more treatment sessions, so the owner should be responsible for refunds with regards to the unmet promise of services.Desired Settlement: Refund for their failure of delivery of service

Review: I bought hair laser deal from New Medical Group ($399 for 6 times), and I have only used 1 times before the place shut down. This place didn't inform customers about the close.Desired Settlement: I would love to have refund from this business. I think it's very unfair for the customers to purchase something that can't redeem anything back.

Review: New You Medical Group offered customers specials which could be purchased at a discounted rate and used at a later date. New You Medical Group did not provide any notice to customers that it would be closing, moving, or if it went bankrupt.

Review: My wife has prepaid for services with New You Medical. We have been trying to establish contact with them regarding my wifes upcoming appointment this past Saturday at 1545pm. When we got there, the doors were closed and locked. We are both avid Yelp users, so we went online to see what was going on. Come to find out, there are 82 other complaints regarding this business. Allegedly, they were evicted from their business for failure to pay rent. However, they did not disclose this to any of their customers. Especailly those who already have prepaid for services that still need to be rendered.Desired Settlement: I want my wife to be refunded the money that she had already paid for, yet the services were never completed. Its almost certain you will receive a plethora of complaints regarding this business for the exact reason.

Review: I have prepaid services to be rendered in 8 sessions. I have only completed five sessions and when I went for my 6th session, their office was closed. I found out from nearby businesses that the office closed for business for about two weeks now. They did not give me any written or verbal notice. They still owe me three sessions that I have pre-paid.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to refund the three sessions they owe me as well as the services they already performed that was not effective.

Review: I previously purchased $100 credit for services at New You Medical Group while I was at their clinic, I later also purchased a deal through "Deal Me In" online for another $100.00 (also to be used towards services- Botox). I have tried to call, email, and went to the office to attempt to schedule and redeem my paid funds of $200. My 13 voicemails and emails have gone unanswered for the past month. The company appears to be closed down and there is NO response in any form from the company. I am unable to reach anyone and have no means to redeem the services they sold me or receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the $200 I paid to the New You Medical Group that they will not fulfill.
