I would never go back to a person that did not provide a good service in the first place, especially for them to only charge me more than what I've already paidMy problem area as I explained to her was my in between brow area and lines on my forehead I had $worth of units My forehead should not move and the lines should be goneOf course, I would not go back to her as she stated because I refuse to pay her more when she did not provide a good service the first time She admittingly said she only used of the units on my worst areaThat right there proves that she did not listen to my needs as a client, and requesting that I pay her even more because she failed to listen to my needs is poor business practiceI am going to contact the medical board next I know for a fact many clients that have had her do Botox injections are NOT satisfied and this is why they don't rebook with herI am displeased that I paid so much and look exactly the same as before and have full movement as I have documented via video/photo I will attach them as well

The facts are as follows:Ms [redacted] received a total of units, Not as the consumer statesunits in the frontalisunits to the glabella and units at each end of her brows into the obicularis oculi muscleThese are very standard starting doses in the industry. The consumer was charged $for the product used after a $discount was given to her at the time of service The client left a tip in the amount of $39, so her total came to $Not $that the consumer is claiming Ever since her original contact with me on April 25th her area of concern has been her forehead Not the area between her eyebrows (the glabella area) Not once was this brought up in any correspondence or in the original complaint to the Revdex.comIn viewing the pictures sent by the consumer the results show that the product did work, as a reduction in movement is quite evidentShe absolutely does not have "full range of motion", nor is it "exactly the same" as she is claiming I have attached before & after pictures to show the differenceIt is quite clear the Botox provided good results and the consumer simply needed a few more units to achieve the look she was wantingThis was offered multiple times by myself and I would have been happy to do itOnce again I must explain that Botox is not an exact science and there is no way to know the effects of doses on any particular client on their first visit It is for safety reasons that lower doses are used on first time visitsThis is explained to every new client at their first visit, it is also in the consent forms signed by the consumerWhen it comes to medical procedures it is my responsibility to adhere to my training and my protocols, sometimes this means the client may have to return to get the ultimate result they desireI run my business with an emphasis on integrity, professionalism and honestyThe facts are that I reached out on separate occasions to the consumer offering to take care of this concern for herShe refused all of my offers making it impossible for me to provide any correction or help in the matter Furthermore, the consumer is not eligible to a refund as per my no refund policyThis was previously submitted to the Revdex.com, showing that the consumer initialed and signed her acknowledgment of this policy Ms [redacted] remains dissatisfied despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue However, as a show of good faith and in an effort to resolve this complaint, I will refund Ms [redacted] the $for the product used in her forehead and the $tip she leftFor a total of $The funds should be returned to the consumer in 3-business days, dependent on credit card processing timesI feel that at this time it would be in the best interest of both parties if the consumer returned to her previous injector for any further treatmentNyeree H [redacted] , RN BSN

On April 1, Nyree administered Botox injections into my four headShe said to wait two weeks for it to fully take effectI contacted her after the two weeks via email concerned that the Botox did nothingI have had Botox done for years and have never ever had it not takeI started to ask her if if the product was expired or kept cold as it should beShe did not respond to those questions, she only wanted to charge me more money to fix the problemShe did not try to make it right and I am very unsatisfiedI have never recieved that many units before nor paid that much This was my first time getting the Botox with NyereeI'm upset because I paid twice as much as I normally do and got more than twice as much as I normally do and I still have full range of motion of my forehead, which I have documented

To Whom it may concern,On March 31, I treated Ms***.On April 25th I received an email from Ms*** stating she continues to have movement in her foreheadI responded that day letting the patient know that I would be happy to have her come in so I could touch up her Botox in order to
achieve the look she was wanting. I explained that it is my policy with first time clients to start at a lower dose and add more units as needed after the initial treatment has set in. This is something I always explain in my appointments with first time clients. At that time I offered to have her come by and provided my soonest availability to herShe asked what the cost would be and I responded that it would probably be $20-30.I did not hear back from Ms***, so days later on April I emailed to ask if she would like to come in for the touch up I had offered. She responded saying she was going to go to somewhere else.On April 30th I replied that I was sorry to hear she was unsatisfied, it is important to me to make my clients happy. I explained it is very difficult to provide her with any answers without seeing her in person (reinforcing my previous offer to come in so I could see her and take care of this issue) and reiterated my dosing policy with first time clientsThe patient responded that day saying she doesn't understand why she is able to move her forehead. I responded that evening saying it is very difficult for me to provide any answers without seeing her. Again I reiterated the need for me to assess her in person so that I could determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.Knowing that the patient is a hair stylist I said I am sure she would want to do the same thing for any client of hersI advised her that I would call her so that we could set up a time to have her come inThe client responded that evening by questioning if I used expired product on her. The next day, on May 1, I called the client and left her a message requesting for her to call me back so that we can set up a time for me to see her and take care of the issue for herI did not receive a call back.As you can see I have attempted times to have the client come in so I could resolve the issue for her. The client didn't respond to any of my offers to come in so that I may assess her and take care of the issueI have attached all correspondence as well as my Informed Consent that the client signed. You can see under my Payment Policy that the client initialed understanding that refunds are not given. In response to using expired product: I do not use expired product, and I keep my product refrigerated as required by the manufacturerBotox is a medical procedure. If there are any issues or concerns with results it is my duty not only as the owner of my business but as an RN to do a full assessment before I can offer any interventions. I treated multiple patients on the day that Ms*** came in using the same vial and lot number of Botox, none of my other patients have had this issue. This leads me to believe that the dose given to the forehead area was not enough for this particular client. Botox is dosed by unit and is not something that can be reversed. Hence the reason I always start at a lower dose and then add more as desired per patient’s preferenceI cannot speak for what the client has received from other providers.Lastly, the patient did receive other treatments; the total amount paid includes the forehead and other areas of the face.Sincerely,Nyeree H***, RN BSNOwner

I would never go back to a person that did not provide a good service in the first place, especially for them to only charge me more than what I've already paid. My problem area as I explained to her was my in between brow area and lines on my forehead.  I had $370 worth of units.  My forehead should not move and the lines should be gone. Of course, I would not go back to her as she stated because I refuse to pay her more when she did not provide a good service the first time.  She admittingly said she only used 9 of the 37 units on my worst area. That right there proves that she did not listen to my needs as a client, and requesting that I pay her even more because she failed to listen to my needs is poor business practice. I am going to contact the medical board next.  I know for a fact many clients that have had her do Botox injections are NOT satisfied and this is why they don't rebook with her. I am displeased that I paid so much and look exactly the same as before and have full movement as I have documented via video/photo.  I will attach them as well.

The facts are as follows:Ms. [redacted] received a total of 33 units, Not 37 as the consumer states. 9 units in the frontalis. 20 units to the glabella and 2 units at each end of her brows into the obicularis oculi muscle. These are very standard starting doses in the industry. The consumer was charged $260 for the product used after a $70 discount was given to her at the time of service.  The client left a tip in the amount of $39, so her total came to $299. Not $370 that the consumer is claiming.  Ever since her original contact with me on April 25th her area of concern has been her forehead.  Not the area between her eyebrows (the glabella area).  Not once was this brought up in any correspondence or in the original complaint to the Revdex.com. In viewing the pictures sent by the consumer the results show that the product did work, as a reduction in movement is quite evident. She absolutely does not have "full range of motion", nor is it "exactly the same" as she is claiming.  I have attached before & after pictures to show the difference. It is quite clear the Botox provided good results and the consumer simply needed a few more units to achieve the look she was wanting. This was offered multiple times by myself and I would have been happy to do it. Once again I must explain that Botox is not an exact science and there is no way to know the effects of doses on any particular client on their first visit.  It is for safety reasons that lower doses are used on first time visits. This is explained to every new client at their first visit, it is also in the consent forms signed by the consumer. When it comes to medical procedures it is my responsibility to adhere to my training and my protocols, sometimes this means the client may have to return to get the ultimate result they desire. I run my business with an emphasis on integrity, professionalism and honesty. The facts are that I reached out on 5 separate occasions to the consumer offering to take care of this concern for her. She refused all of my offers making it impossible for me to provide any correction or help in the matter.  Furthermore, the consumer is not eligible to a refund as per my no refund policy. This was previously submitted to the Revdex.com, showing that the consumer initialed and signed her acknowledgment of this policy.  Ms. [redacted] remains dissatisfied despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue.  However, as a show of good faith and in an effort to resolve this complaint, I will refund Ms. [redacted] the $90 for the product used in her forehead and the $39 tip she left. For a total of $129.00. The funds should be returned to the consumer in 3-5 business days, dependent on credit card processing times. I feel that at this time it would be in the best interest of both parties if the consumer returned to her previous injector for any further treatment. Nyeree H[redacted], RN BSN
