Do not for any reason go to this business for services, We purchased a Botox service online through this company and I took my wife there to have it done. We walked into the office and it was completely dark, there is no secretary just one person there who we now know is the owner and CEO. There are no licenses on the walls and no medical credentials. This business does not have the conditions to operate this kind of business. There are no private rooms and there is a partition wall. Absolutely no privacy. When we questioned it we were told he was only there for 2 months. There is no nurse on staff if there is an emergency. The owner was so unprofessional, and so distasteful with my wife because she did not feel comfortable or safe. She asked to see the product being used and he came out with a needle with the product already in it. We questioned we wanted to see everything, a fresh bottle, needle, and sanitation procedures which he was not using. He didn’t even wash his hands. A new bottle is supposed to be used every single time and be sealed. He was giving us product from a already opened bottle which could have made my wife sick or worse. He became upset and went back into his room and shut the door, we decided at point to leave and wanted a refund, he told us that we would need to wait for his non existent secretary to refund the money and now won’t provide our refund, we have called many times requesting and on my last call he told me my wife was not a good person and hang up the phone. This is not a professional and someone you want to ever do business with, boycott all of his locations as he will hurt or make you sick, he is not licensed, and if you question anything you are a bad person. No sir, you are not a professional and should not be doing business anywhere. We have also filed consumer report and filed a police report against this business. The owner has now stopped taking my calls and will do the same to you.

The dispute is invalid. The amount is incorrect. The client came into our facility and requested that we take additional steps to show her that the product that we were using was genuine Botox from Allergan. At her request, we reconstituted a vial of Botox ( it arrives in powder form in a sealed vial and we add saline) just for her treatment. Once the vial is reconstituted, it must be used or discarded. The cost for the vial is much more than what she was paying. After assuring her that it was real product and that we are licensed to perform the procedure and are listed as an authorized facility by Allergan, she then decided she did not want the procedure. We have 3 locations in 2 cities and have never been treated with such condescending, prejudicial, closed minded behavior as we were by this person. The actual amount she was charged was to match the Groupon price of $159.00, so her dispute of $200.00 is incorrect. She prepaid for the service over the phone because she wanted to make sure that her card went through before she came in. She has humiliated and slandered our company and cost us more than she paid as we had to discard the product. If she continues to leave false accusations and statements in reviews, she will be hearing from our attorney.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

This dispute is very valid and not incorrect. We came into your facility asking for what anyone would ask before a surgical procedure of any kind, you have no licenses, no valid information posted in your facility, empty walls and a partition. You stated you have a secretary who will process our refund and the reason why you could not do it that day. When we called back you stated you lost money and not going to process it. We as consumers have a right to decline a service that we feel is not valid. We asked to see the product, not for you to open or create a new one and you became upset, then we decided to leave. I am aware of your locations and if you have the business you promote yourself for having you could have easily used the product on another one of your clients and not lost money. Condescending, prejudicial, closed minded behavior??? Please allow me to reply. To call a consumer these things because we felt it not necessary to have a procedure done shows your true character as a business owner, you also have now used these terms to insult my wife, amongst others. You are distasteful, overzealous, ill-mannered, and ignorant. Also to take advantage of a consumer during a pandemic is just intolerable. As far as your threat of an attorney we welcome speaking to your attorney as we will also seek restitution in the form of pain and suffering, and slander to a female consumer you have no respect.

Regards

The statement by the clients "boyfriend" is incorrect. here are the facts:

1. The receptionist does exist, she was out of the office due to the Covid-19 self quarantine, he might have heard of this event.

2. The client called our office and prepaid for the service over the phone with her credit card as she "wanted to make sure the charge goes through before she shows up". We agreed to match the discounted price shown on Groupon. If there was concerns as to our credentials or issues with our company, why prepay? If she did not have money to do the procedure, then do not pay over the phone.

3. We opened the office on March 1, 2020, so we do not have all of our "credentials" hanging on the wall. This is a practice that is rarely done anymore.

4. Allergan, the manufacturer of Botox DOES NOT sell to unlicensed, untrained facilities. I explained and showed the client that we are in fact an authorized facility.

5. We have been open since 2012, with literally thousands of happy clients.

6. The clients boyfriend was NOT in the room with us and did not see what was done. There was no syringe involved , a brand new vial was shown to the client as requested by her.

7. The office in not "dark" as it is ground floor retail space with the entire front being windows. All lights were turned on and an examination light was used on the client as well.

8. The client called and rescheduled minutes before the appointment , then called again saying there was "traffic" another fabrication. An additional 2 hours of time was wasted due to the clients' inconsideration.

9. A few minutes after the client arrived, her boyfriend (he says husband, another fabrication) showed up with a small dog that was growling and barking, disrupting the environment.

10. we have a partitioned area that is private much like dental offices do. We only see one patient at a time, so privacy and confidentiality are NOT an issue.

11. We abide by all rules and regulations from the Department of Health as well as HIPAA requirements and the manufacturers of products we sell and use.

12. The amount claimed for refund is more than what was paid. The client paid $159.00,yet another lie about the situation.

13. We had to discard the vial that we opened at the clients request. This product cost $300, well above what was paid, not to mention our time and aggravation and stress.

14. False reviews were left on Yelp for not only our location, but another location in Houston that they did not even visit.

15. in the 8+ years since our company has been in business, not a single person has been injured, harmed, killed or otherwise had any issues from our highly trained staff performing procedures.

16. There is a video accounting of the entire visit in our possession and will be used to defend our good name and restore our standing.

17. Failure to remove these false reviews and the insistence to spread lies and to defame character and damage our business will result in legal action for slander and defamation of character as our attorney has already been alerted to this situation.

Once again, failure to remove false reviews and to continue to spread lies, hate and false accusations will be met with legal action.

Have a nice day.
