The process is very simple and convenient. The new AC unit was shipped to the assigned contractor who was professional and finished the job quickly. Upon leaving the contractor cleaned up after their staff and ensured I had no questions about the new unit. I and my employees were quickly cooled off.

Such an awesome experience! I loved that I could pick my own AC unit based on what I was looking for my own specific needs! We purchased a new 5 ton unit with NewACunit.com and had an overall great experience. We did end up paying more for the installation than the $1250 that is on the website, however we elected to do that because we wanted the install done exactly right and to help the unit to last. The prices on the units themselves are unbeatable, we took several quotes before finally settling on this company. The process itself was fast, easy and affordable for a completely new unit and install. I would definitely recommend to friends if they ever do have a need for a new AC. The only reason we gave four stars is because the install was higher than quoted, however we were prepared for that, it would not have made a difference because NewACunit.com's prices on the units themselves were completely unbeatable from other vendors we had give us quotes. For reference, we got a new 16 seer 2 stage heat and 2 stage a/c unit with a 1 year labor warranty and 10 year parts warranty with full unit replacement if the compressor dies.

In your case and as noted above, you elected to purchase additional recommendations which increased your overall amount. However, the price to retrofit the unit was still $1250.00. You are correct that our unit pricing is unbeatable! We do all the homework for you to make it an easy experience for the end user. We appreciate your business and your review.

We had no issues. We had a smooth transaction and process through out. The initial contact was within 24hrs and installer was out within a week for measurements and then within the week for installation. They were very knowledgeable and were respectful of our home. I would highly recommend newacunit and the installers.

I purchased a complete new HVAC system from newacunit.com in June 2018. Their website states that their contractors will check out my home and current system to ensure I am buying the right replacement system. But the system is inadequate for my home. Their contractor (now former contractor) inspected my home and told me I needed a heat strip in order to adequately heat my home, and it was not included with my purchase and installation. Newacunit.com is refusing to supply the part to fix my system saying I bought the wrong unit. But I am no expert on HVAC systems and their contractor was supposed to ensure it was adequate for my home according to their written policy on their website. I am now looking at the cost of a new heat strip plus installation.
Ordered a 3.5 ton unit based on their website sq.footage. installer showed up and told me I had a 4 ton unit and should stay with 4 ton. I told him I picked a 3.5 based on NewACunits own website, but asked him if he could get me the cost difference. I was told that he himself or NewACunit would reach out with that information. That never happened. Installer showed up with 4 ton unit and when told we ordered a 3.5 and had not paid for a 4 ton, his response was, "Well this is what they gave me so if they wanna pay me to uninstall this one and reinstall a different one then they can.". 3 weeks later, I have NewACunit call to collect on an outstanding balance. When asked what for and told it was because I ordered a 4 ton but didnt pay for it, the situation was explained. He didnt care and even admitted that the installer made it sound like I approved it, but still expects me to pay for it.
