I always pay mey bills ontimeAs far as the cabinet repair, this was done as I contacted the cabinet person directly Only after he agreed did NeWave respondI was told upon repair, the cabinet edges cannot handle the heat of a stove and I have to leave the doors and drawers open near the stove if heating for any length of time [redacted]

state 20k disputed is absolutely incorrect. Here is the procedure that you will see below1.       [redacted] notified us 3/2/15 @ 11:33am2.       We replied to [redacted] 3/2/15 @ 9:38pm3.       We emailed her back and forth and came up with a repair date of 3/16/15 at 5:15pm.4.       You can see all of this email chain below.5.       As for the use of an unlicensed subcontractor, [redacted] has radiant heat in her ceiling and there is pretty much no contractors available to do any type of repair work on these systems as it is banned in California as new systems. The employee in our office that we had ordered to complete the tasks to find a contractor to do the radiant heat repair work could only find 1 company in so cal that is certified to do the work. That employee knows the protocol that we have to only hire licensed contractors however for some reason this fell through the cracks and come to find out his license was suspended for what I now found out due to a divorce he had with his wife and she handled the paperwork and did not follow through on some stuff with CSLB. However with this said, the work was Class A and did a good job. Stuff happens and we already assumed responsibility for their work and warranty it as well as all the other work we did for 1 year. We still warranty our work. However we are not going to be extorted or taken undue advantage of.  We have already expensed over 25k on her project just to please someone that is clearly very difficult to please.  I will not deal with such accusations lightly and will take her to court if needed.  When this lady complains we have always immediately addressed the complaint.  You are more than welcome to come to my office and sort through all the 2500 plus emails from this lady.  We have received something like 80 plus emails daily throughout the project which is almost impossible to keep up with since she sends talk to text that cannot make sense of half the time.  [redacted] took it upon herself to try and find license contractors to do the radiant heat and was a 100% strike out as they would not travel to her project nor did that type of work as she indicated they did. When I sent her this update on her researched contractors we were back to default with Christmas Electrical where they had to come and do the repairs.6.       As for threats to not finish, yes I did state I would not finish until her payment milestones were met in full per our payment schedule.   I’m not in business to do work for free. If she wants the project finished then she must finish her commitment that she approved as you may see in the attachment that shows payments schedule and contracts. If there is anything else you need from me do not hesitate to contact me.

Review: Unfinished and poor workmanship (i.e new custom $17,000 cabinets falling apart after a few months) work on a total condo remodel. Also use of unlicensed sub contractor(s0 , against our contract, change orders that were not agreed to before the work was done, with threats to not finish work in general if I did not sign, Poor workmanship, unfinished work ...Desired Settlement: Finish/fix all work, and/or pay for me to have done ...
