Review: We received a quote for Home Owners Insurance from [redacted] . When emailed to me the quote had expired , at the same time I had to also make some changes to the policy . Because of the change from married to single the policy increased by $300.00 , he went ahead & emailed me the new policy On July 9th with the increase . At this time because of the increase it was something that had to be reviewed & thought upon . On July 9th @ 6:47 pm I received an email from him that I thought was not approprite . It reads as follows . " I have pulled the application and recorded that you have no insurance and were unwilling to respond. This will become part of your permanent insurance record." Sorry to have to do that but I have no choice.All I was doing was receiving a quote from Newberry Insurance , I have the right to shop around and not have it held against me & go in my Permanent Insurance Record as he stated . I would like to know that this is not going to be held against me against any record !!!!Desired Settlement: I want to make sure that this does not go against my ' Permanent Insurance Record "
Review: I called in on June 12th to cancel flood insurance and was told I would recieve my refund in 2-3 weeks. I called back in July and they stated they were going to work on on and it should be mailed with in 7 business days. It has now been 3 months and I have not recieved my refund check. When I called I spoke with [redacted] who was rude and hung up because it was 2:56pm and she was leaving at 3pm. She stated it was an error because [redacted] faxed over paperwork that was not legible and did not follow through.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:
the refund that was promised has not been recieved. we have email that we would be recieiving refund back in June and we have not recieved any refund
