transmission was different so was original one in her vehicle. However, she waited 3 months to contact us stating there was a problem. Our policy is that we only guarantee our parts for 30 days, we do not guarantee any labor costs. We did return her call once, but never heard more from her until now. We intend to call her to make arrangements to have her drive the vehicle to our business.Then we will drive the vehicle to determine the problem and try to remedy the situation.Sincerely,
Review: I requested a 2003 [redacted] Automatic tranmission and after purchasing the transmission and 2 months having it put into my vehicle I began to have issue. After taking it to a dealership to have the vehicle checked I was informed that the transmission that I purchased was actually a transmission for a [redacted] and that it did not mount into my vehicle and the only way to rememdy this issue is to purchase the correct transmission. I contacted Newberrytown Auto salvage and after explaining the issue I was told they would look into a fix to the problem and call me back. I never received a return call. I have no called them 3 more times, each time leaving a message with the receptionist. Still, I have no gotten a return call or a resolution to this issue.Desired Settlement: I desire that I recieve a refund for the amount paid for the transmission plus the amount paid for labor to have the transmission put in due to the fact that it was a complete waste of money and I now will have to purchase another transmission, have the one in my vehicle removed and have another one placed into my vehicle.
